1. About 355Live

355Live ("we", "us", "the service") is an independent fan project tracking the worldwide Ferrari F355 market. The service includes the 355Live Score™, the 355Live Fair Estimate™, the 355Registry™, the Garage, market insights and related editorial content. We are not affiliated with Ferrari S.p.A.

By using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

• An account is created automatically the first time you confirm a sign-in email. There are no passwords — we send a one-time link to the address you provide.
• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you.
• You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Account settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror, or systematically copy our pages or data;
• impersonate another person or claim ownership of a car you don't own;
• upload anything illegal, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.

We may suspend or remove content and accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

4. User-submitted content

If you upload anything to your Garage (photos, service records, narrative, valuation inputs) or post comments, you keep ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process it as needed to operate the service. You can delete your content at any time and the licence ends with it (except for backups already taken, which expire on our normal rotation).

5. Not financial or purchase advice

The 355Live Score™, Fair Estimate™ and any pricing or market analysis we publish are informational signals, not appraisals, recommendations or financial advice. Always inspect the car, verify provenance, and take independent professional advice before buying, selling or insuring any vehicle. We don't guarantee that any listing, valuation or comparable is accurate, current or complete.

6. Intellectual property

"355Live", "355Live Score", "355Live Fair Estimate", "355Registry" and "TemptMe" are trademarks of 355live.com. The site design, code, scoring methodology and editorial content are © 355live.com. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution; you may not republish whole pages, datasets, scores, or images without written permission.

7. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any decision you take based on information shown on the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law (e.g. for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users. Sections 4–7 and 9 survive termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
